Payment & Gift Cards

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment.  If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. Due to a tightly booked schedule I am generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you schedule.

The health and wellbeing of my clients, co-workers, and family is my top priority. I wear a mask when required by CDC guidelines and upon client preference. I will call to reschedule your appointment if I have Covid19. CDC guidelines on COVID-19 safety standards are constantly shifting - please contact me with any questions or concerns.

I accept cash, check, credit cards, gift cards, and Venmo. (Venmo: @molly-longcope). Credit Cards are taken at time of appointment.  Take advantage of my gift card promotional pricing of 10% off amounts $1000 or more. Gift Card holders MUST provide their gift card numbers and valid ID at the time of their appointment.  Book an appointment today!
